About James HuntJames has been surrounded by cars since birth as his father and brother both raced. He is no stranger to competition at the highest levels and understands the preparation needed to win championships. His racing career began at the age of 14, with Downhill Mountain Bikes, which yielded two National Championships in the National Off Road Biking Association. The move to cars came at 16, which marked the beginning of James's intense driver training. This training quickly grew into what is today, competitive racing, instructing and coaching. As James continues to grow his racing career he also works to evolve his company James Hunt Racing, LLC and the talent of his students. Competing with APR Motorsport in the Grand-Am KONI Challenge Series co-driving a VW GTI in the ST Class
Competed with Team Cobalt California in the Grand-Am KONI Challenge Series co-driving a Chevy Cobalt in the ST Class, James's first professional race
2007SPEED TV's "Setup" Season 2 ("Setup" is SPEED's reality TV show aimed at finding the next up-and-coming race car driver that aired on Speed TV during February and March. The series was an 8 race season)
